About Karan Manocha
In 2018, Karan Manocha founded Exploremore Vacations with a simple conviction: travel should be curated around the character of a place, not simply built around an itinerary.
With more than 15 years across the travel industry, including SOTC, MakeMyTrip, VFS Global and specialised B2B travel, Karan has experienced travel from behind the scenes — understanding the intricacies of planning, the demands of complex journeys and the precision required to turn an idea into a seamless experience for both travellers and organisations.
This understanding became the foundation of The Shadow — Exploremore's belief that the finest journeys are shaped by thoughtful details working quietly behind the scenes, allowing the traveller to simply be present in the moment.
His personal connection with Indian classical music, art and heritage has added another dimension to this approach. He sees a destination not merely as a place to visit, but as something with its own rhythm, character and stories waiting to be discovered.
From this perspective came India Through Music, a signature project by Exploremore Vacations, created to reveal another side of India through its music, artists, traditions and living heritage.
Today, Karan is building Exploremore Vacations with a larger vision — to create a globally recognised travel brand where thoughtful curation meets culture, creativity and extraordinary experiences.
